Novell puts MS code in OOo, calls it VBA support so Ballmer is 'correct'

Correcting MS' statements in retrospect, Novell has started adding MS code in their open source projects. Isn't that a Trojan horse? All users of Novell products will eventually, legitimately be compelled to pay royalties to MS. VBA support was already being shipped with Ubuntu and Fedora, but not as a copy of MS code, why not just improve this one
